You gotta select your bombs in the secondary weapon selection, then fly over your target and press the assigned button to drop them. Make sure your altitude is high enough to avoid blast damage!

In my experience, it's best to dive-bomb for accuracy. I typically release the bombs at about a 45-degree angle. Helps me nail those tanks every time!
