You can earn Lifestyle Points (LP) by completing weekly tasks, leveling up, and participating in special events. Simoleons (SP) are simpler to earn: just send your Sims to work, complete hobbies, and fulfill their needs!

To gain more LPs quickly, have your Sims garden a lot and participate in the competitions at the competition center. Trust me, those add up!

I've found that using the dog to dig up treasure often results in LPs. Also, always try to complete the Daily Quests!
