Unfortunately, Instagram doesn't let you edit a photo after you've posted it. Only captions, tags, and locations can be modified. So, if you need to change the photo itself, you'll have to delete the original post and re-upload it with the desired edits.
I posted the wrong edit once and had to delete it and put up a new one. Annoying, but that's the only workaround.
Nope, you can't edit a photo after you've already posted it. Just delete it, fix it up, and post it again. Simple!
