Just hit escape on your keyboard or the pause button on your controller. All the settings are right there in the menu. If you can't find what you're looking for, you might be outta luck, lol. Palworld keeps it simple.
Honestly, you barely need to tweak anything. Palworld's default settings are pretty solid for most players. But if you really want to, accessing the settings menu from the game pause screen is the way to go.
