How to edit the name of a page on Facebook
Easy peasy! Just go to your Page, click 'About' on the left side, and then ‘Edit’ next to the name. Change it, and boom! You're done.

Head to your Page, find the 'About' section, and select 'Edit' next to your page name. Save changes and you're set!
Why bother? Just create a new page.
I've done this a bunch of times. Go to your Page, click 'Edit Page Info,' then change the name and save. Simple!
