How to Eject Xbox 360 Disc
You can eject the disc by pressing the small eject button located on the front of your Xbox 360 console, right next to the disc tray.

If the eject button doesn't work, try powering down the console and then turning it back on while pressing the eject button.
Hold down the eject button on your Xbox 360 controller if your console's button is being stubborn. It works like a charm for me!
For a manual eject, you can use a paperclip. Unwind it, then insert it gently into the small hole near the disc tray to release it.
