Had this problem once! Hold down the Xbox button on the console for 10 seconds to fully shut it down, then turn it back on and try ejecting the disc again.

If the eject button isn't working, go to 'My games & apps', select the game, hit the 'Menu' button, and choose 'Eject disc'.
