Left, right, up, or down on the D-pad. Instant style points!
Pro-tip: Use the up D-pad for the most dramatic effect. Trust me, your opponent will feel it.
Don't overdo it, though. Emotes (taunts) are great, but they leave you vulnerable! Hit any direction on the D-pad to emote.
Just press any direction on the D-pad! Each direction triggers a different taunt for your character.
