You can use software like NVIDIA GeForce Experience or AMD Radeon Overlay to show FPS in Starfield. They have built-in counters you can enable.

Console user here! Unfortunately, there isn't an in-game option for FPS counters. You gotta rely on external tools or hardware stats.
