Here's the hot tip: Go to the Game Settings > Gameplay tab, scroll down to the 'Advanced Settings' section, and enable 'Show FPS,' then hit Apply.

Easy peasy! Just press the ` (tilde) key while in the game, type `stat fps`, and boom, you'll see the FPS counter.

I had the same issue! All you have to do is open up Steam, right-click on PUBG, select Properties, go to the General tab, and under Launch Options, type `-refresh 144` if your monitor supports it. This sets the max FPS to your refresh rate. Start the game, press the tilde (`~) key, and type `stat fps`. Done!
