You gotta tweak the game's files a bit! Open your Undertale folder, find 'data.win,' and rename it to 'data.win.bak.' Then, locate the 'debug' folder, copy 'debug.win,' and rename the copy to 'data.win.' Boot up the game, and voila, debug mode activated!
