From my own experience, adding '-force-vulkan' to the launch options made the game run smoother on my rig. Definitely worth a try!

It's super easy! Just right-click Valheim in your Steam library, go to 'Properties', and under the 'General' tab, add '-force-vulkan' in the 'Launch Options' box. Game on!
