First-hand experience here! Fire up your PS4 or PS5, head to the PlayStation Store, select 'Redeem Codes', and enter your 12-digit code. It鈥檚 that simple. I've done it a dozen times without a hitch!

You can also enter the code on Sony's website if you're away from your console. Go to the 'Redeem Codes' section and type in your code.
