To enter a command in Subnautica, first press F3 to open the options menu. Then, press F8 to unlock the mouse cursor. Once that's done, you need to uncheck the 'Disable Console' option. Close the menu with F3 and F8 again, then press the tilde (~) key to open the console. Now you can type in your command!
