To enter your age again, sign out of your account and when you sign back in, it will prompt you for your age!

It's in the initial sign-in process. If you didn’t do it then, maybe try signing out and signing back in.

When you first sign in or create your account, it asks you to enter your age. If you missed it, go to account settings from the start screen, sign out, then sign back in. Should pop up again!
