Go to the menu, select 'Status', then select your character and choose 'Costume'. Voila, your character gets a new outfit!
Easy peasy! Go to the 'Status' menu, select the character you want to change, and then choose 'Costume.' You'll find all the available outfits there!
You won't find it in the equipment menu. Go to 'Status,' pick your character and there you'll see the 'Costume' option.
