From experience, you need to hit up any inn or shop and pop into the equipment menu. Find the 'Outfits' tab and rock your new style in no time!
To equip costumes in Sword Art Online Hollow Realization, just head to any inn or shop in the game. Open your equipment menu, select the 'Outfits' tab, and choose the costume you want to equip. Boom, new look!
Use the equipment menu and select the outfits tab. Done and done.
