To equip Hero Gear in Splatoon 3, head to the Equip menu from the lobby or gear station, then select your desired Hero Gear from the available options. Make sure you've unlocked it first in the Hero Mode!

It's super easy: Open the Equip menu, pick your Hero Gear, and you're good to go! Just make sure you've unlocked it in Hero Mode first.
Just select the Equip menu from the lobby and choose your Hero Gear.
You just gotta go to the Equip menu, select your Hero Gear, and boom! You're all set to ink up the place.
