You can also hide it instead of deleting if you think you might want it back. Same steps, just pick 'Hide from timeline' instead.
Easy peasy! Just go to the post you want to delete, click on the three dots in the top right corner, and select 'Delete post'. Done!
Deleting posts is overrated. Just leave them, nobody really digs through old posts anyway.
