How to Erase Skype Account
To delete your Skype account, you have to close your Microsoft account associated with it. Go to the Microsoft account closure page, sign in, and follow the steps. Just remember to back up any important data, because once it’s gone, it’s gone!

First, remove all personal info from your Skype profile. Then, go to the Microsoft account closure page and follow the instructions to close your account. Note: This will also affect other Microsoft services linked to the account.
I recently deleted mine. Just visit the Microsoft account closure page, sign in, and follow the prompts. Took me about 5 minutes!
