Focus on completing all main missions tied to your current leader's type. After you do, you'll unlock the legacy mission to wrap it up.
In my experience, the fastest way is to upgrade your base and handle all the leader鈥檚 missions. It felt like a breeze once I got the hang of it!
To establish a legacy, complete all the missions for your leader's legacy type (Builder, Sheriff, Trader, or Warlord). After completing them, you'll get the option to start a new community with your legacy bonuses!
