Rename your Eevee to 'Rainer' for Vaporeon, 'Sparky' for Jolteon, or 'Pyro' for Flareon before evolving it!
For Sylveon, just earn 70 hearts with your Eevee as your buddy and then evolve it!
Leafeon and Glaceon need a special trick: use a Mossy Lure or Glacial Lure Module at a PokéStop and evolve your Eevee there.
