Honestly, it's all about those Power Stones and stats. HP for Vaporeon, Attack for Flareon, and balanced for Jolteon. Easy peasy!
Feed your Eevee certain Power Stones to raise its Attack and HP stats to influence its evolution. Aim for 110 or more for Vaporeon (HP), 100 or more for Flareon (Attack), or balance them for Jolteon!
I've found that balancing Eevee's HP and Attack stats is the way to get Jolteon—keep 'em almost equal and you should be good!
