Rename your Eevee to 'Rea' before evolving it to get Glaceon. But remember, this trick works only once, so use it wisely!
To evolve Eevee into Glaceon, use a Glacial Lure Module at a PokéStop and then evolve your Eevee while you're within range of the lure.
Just throw down a Glacial Lure Module and evolve your Eevee when you're near it. Easy as catching Magikarp!
