From personal experience, I can tell you that kicking out a bad apple really clears the air! Just go to the community menu, select the survivor, and exile them.

Just open your community menu and exile the annoying guy. Simple as that.

To exile someone in State of Decay 2, open your community menu, select the character you want to exile, and choose the exile option. Do note that this might affect your community's morale, so choose wisely!

Head to the community tab, pick the survivor you want to give the boot, and hit 'Exile'. It’s like a survivor eviction notice!
