Just leave 'em out in the sun! The heat will naturally expand the material.
Use a hair dryer! Put on thick socks, wear your Crocs, and blast them with a hair dryer on high heat for a few minutes. Walk around until they cool down for a better fit.
I put mine in the oven at a low temp (about 200掳F) for a few minutes, then wore them with thick socks. Worked like a charm!
