There's no real 'factory reset' for the Xbox One controller, but you can troubleshoot by updating it via the Xbox Accessories app or disconnecting it by holding the sync button until it blinks fast!

You can't actually factory reset an Xbox One controller, just reconnect it by holding the sync button until it starts flashing.
