Go to Mercury, specifically to the mission Terminus. It's a low-level Grineer mission overflowing with Ferrite.
Easiest place? Try Earth missions like Everest. Smack some enemies, grab the loot, enjoy the scenery.
Are you new? Do the Gaia mission on Earth; it鈥檚 quick, easy, and drops Ferrite like there's no tomorrow.
Just run any Grineer mission and you'll end up swimming in Ferrite. Trust me, it's everywhere!
