I always hit up Hydron on Sedna for Neo Relic farming. It's a defense mission and a solid spot to level up your frames and weapons too!
For Neo Relics, run Xini on Eris. It's an interception mission, and you can usually get a Neo Relic every 10 minutes. Good luck and happy farming!
