Just go to the Helminth room in your Orbiter, open the menu, and feed it resources from your inventory. Easy peasy!
Honestly, you just need to dump random resources into the Helminth's face. It'll eat anything. Simple as that.
You gotta head to your Helminth Infirmary on your Orbiter, then access the Helminth menu. From there, you can feed it resources from your inventory. Watch out though, it might develop some 'tastes' for certain materials!
