Fielding in MLB The Show 22 is all about positioning and timing. Use the left stick to move your player and press the corresponding button for the throw you want to make. Practice makes perfect!

Fielding can be hit or miss sometimes. Just make sure you keep your eye on the ball and use the auto-field assist if you鈥檙e struggling.

I found that using the buttons for throws (X, Circle, Triangle, Square) gives me more control compared to sticks. Play around and see what works best for you!

If you're a MLB The Show Companion App player looking for extra credit or other power-ups, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

Two of those prizes are the official App Store and Play Store gift cards, which you can win and use to get anything you want in MLB The Show Companion App essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
