Fighting the Old One's Army in Terraria is all about preparation and strategy. First, make sure you've defeated the Eater of Worlds or Brain of Cthulhu to get the Tavernkeep to spawn. Once you've found him, buy an Eternia Crystal and an Eternia Crystal Stand from him. Place the stand in a flat, open area and make sure you have a clear, flat space on both sides where the enemies will approach from. Stock up on high-tier weapons and armor, and consider setting up traps and defenses around your stand. Don't forget to use potions for buffs! The army attacks in waves, so stay alert and aim to take out the stronger enemies and bosses first.

Honestly, just gear up and shoot everything that moves. Make sure your arena is clear of obstacles and have plenty of healing potions. The harder the difficulty, the more preparation you'll need, so maybe practice on an easier setting first.

If you're a Terraria player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you’re wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
