Oh, those lovely little teleporting nuisances known as Warpers! The best way to deal with them is to avoid direct confrontation. Warpers can teleport you out of your vehicle and deal damage, so try to swim away quickly using your Seaglide or just keep your distance entirely.

I found that using a Stasis Rifle can temporarily freeze Warpers, giving you a chance to make a quick escape or launch a counterattack. Just be sure to aim carefully since they love teleporting!
