Head southwest from the drop pod! Just keep swimming until you see a large island with volcanic terrain. That's Delta Station for you.
If you're still using the compass, set your course to roughly 0 degrees to the south of East, or about 500 meters from the starting area. You can't miss it!
Honestly, just swim around in the general southwest direction and look for the big island with the radio tower. Easy peasy.
