Find diamonds in the Shale Outcrops around the Mountain biome or near the Degasi seabase. Just keep an eye out for those pesky Reaper Leviathans.

For me, diamonds were easiest to find in the Mushroom Forest. Load up on oxygen tanks and start cracking those shale outcrops!
