Just eat berries and mushrooms. But be careful, some are poisonous! Trust me, you don't want to find out the hard way.
Finding food in Sons of the Forest is all about foraging, hunting, and fishing. Look for berries, mushrooms, and edible plants scattered around. You can also hunt animals like rabbits and deer or catch fish in the streams. Keep an eye out for food supplies in abandoned camps too!
IMO, the best way to get food is to set up traps for small animals. Way less effort than running around chasing them!
