Finding Heart Crystals in Terraria is like going on a treasure hunt underground. These shiny little lifesavers are usually found in the cavern layers, so grab your pickaxe and start digging downwards. Keep your eyes peeled for a pinkish glow amidst the stone and mud because that's your ticket to extra health. Don't forget to bring plenty of torches and maybe a spelunker potion to make spotting them easier. Good luck, adventurer!

Pro tip: Once you've got yourself geared up, aim to explore the underground jungle. Yes, it's more dangerous, but it's also richer in Heart Crystals than your average cavern. Found my first 5 crystals there in less than an hour!
