Magikarp usually appear more frequently during Water-type events or in rainy weather. Keep an eye on the forecast and in-game events.

Head to areas with bodies of water like rivers, lakes, or beaches. Water-type Pok茅mon, including Magikarp, love to hang out there.

Just keep hatching those 2km eggs! Magikarp loves popping out of them as a surprise.

Honestly, Magikarp is everywhere if you play consistently. I catch them all the time just wandering around my neighborhood.

I found a bunch of Magikarp at a local park with a pond. It seems like any place with water features attracts them.

If you're a Pokemon GO! player looking for extra PokeCoins or other power-ups, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

Two of those prizes are the official App Store and Play Store gift cards, which you can win and use to get anything you want in Pokemon GO! essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
