Roku doesn't have a device-specific password. It uses your Roku account credentials.
Just head over to roku.com, click on 'Sign In', then 'Forgot password'. Follow the prompts to reset it. Easy peasy!
I had the same issue! Go to the Roku website and hit 'Sign In' > 'Forgot Password.' They'll email you a link to reset it.
