Just use the search bar at the top and type in keywords from the post you're looking for.
From experience, if you're looking for something super specific, the 'Activity Log' is your best friend. You can find it on your profile and it lets you filter through all your posts by date and type. Super handy!
You can scroll through your timeline, but if you have hundreds of posts, use the 'Activity Log' under your profile settings!
Go to your profile, click on 'Activity Log,' then filter by 'Posts' and you can even set a date range!
