Head to the Ancient Ruins and pay attention to your surroundings. You'll find Quantum Gordo near the entrance to the Glass Desert, lounging like a big lazy boss.
Just follow the yellow brick road鈥攐ops, I meant the wibbly-wobbly Quantum Slime trail to the Ancient Ruins!
