Just go to your Facebook app or website, click on 'Friends', then 'Friend requests'. You should see 'View sent requests' at the top!
Hit 'Friends' on your profile, select 'Friend Requests', and then spam click 'View Sent Requests' until you find everyone you've sent requests to!
