To find the slope-intercept form with 2 points, first calculate the slope using (y2-y1)/(x2-x1). Then use one of the points to solve for b (y-intercept) using the formula y = mx + b. Plug it all together, and voilà, you have the equation in y = mx + b form!

Step 1: Find slope (m) by using (y2-y1)/(x2-x1). Step 2: Plug that m and one point (x, y) into y = mx + b to find b. Done!
