Just use the point-slope form: y - y1 = m(x - x1). Calculate slope (m) as (y2 - y1) / (x2 - x1) and plug it all in!

Honestly, just plug it into an online calculator. It's faster and accurate.

I once had to do this for a project. Calculate the slope with (y2 - y1)/(x2 - x1), then plug into y = mx + b using one of your points to find b. Easy peasy!

First, find the slope (m) using (y2 - y1) / (x2 - x1). Then, use the formula y = mx + b and plug in one point to solve for b. Voila, you got your equation!
