He's chilling in the Upper Yard, Second Sea. Just make sure to bring enough jumps to reach him.
Honestly, just get to Upper Skylands and poke around near the floating islands. You'll stumble upon him soon enough.
To find the Master of Auras, head to the Upper Skylands. Look for a hidden cave entrance near the right side of the floating islands!
You'll need to head to the Upper Yard in Skylands. Keep an eye out for a cave entrance on a floating island. Found him there myself, no problem!
