To find Toasty, head to the Artisans world, and look for a dragon head portal after freeing enough dragons. It's the big scary pumpkin-headed scarecrow waiting for you at the end of the Toasty level! Have fun roasting him!

Finding Toasty? Easy peasy! Help enough dragons, find the portal, and unleash the fiery wrath of Spyro. Toasty won't know what hit him!

Once you've freed 10 dragons in the Artisans world, the portal to Toasty's realm should open up near the waterfall area. Just follow the path, enter the portal, and you'll meet Toasty in the boss arena.
