Just buy them from Little Duck in Fortuna if you're swimming in standing. Sometimes, it's faster to farm standing than hunt for toroids.

Best way? Take down the Raknoids in the Orb Vallis. They have a solid drop rate for Toroids. Trust me, I've spent HOURS farming them.

Toroids drop from enemies around the Temple of Profit, Spaceport, and Enrichment Labs. Just keep farming those areas!
