Finding the Truffle in Terraria is all about creating the right environment. First, you'll need to make a Mushroom Biome above ground. You do this by planting Mushroom Grass Seeds in Mud Blocks until the area's big enough to be considered a biome. This takes around 100 blocks of mushroom-covered mud. Once you've got your biome, the Truffle NPC will move in as long as there's a vacant house available. Remember, this can only happen in Hardmode, so make sure you've defeated the Wall of Flesh first!

Honestly, the Truffle's not even that hard to find. Just sprout some mushroom land on the surface by planting those glowing seeds in mud. Once you've got the biome going, slap a house in there. But you gotta be in Hardmode, or it's a no-go. Got mine after the Wall of Flesh went down. Patience is key.
