Open Crossy Road, tap the settings gear, and you'll see your username listed right at the top. Easy peasy!
It's in the settings menu of the game. Tap the little gear icon, your username will be there.
Check your Crossy Road profile. Your username is displayed there. If you can't find it, reinstalling the app might do the trick.
