First, try logging in with your Google account, Pokémon Trainer Club, or Facebook, depending on how you originally signed up. If you’ve forgotten which account you used, you can check your old emails for confirmation receipts from Niantic. Good luck!
I had this issue too! I found my old account by using the password recovery option on the login screen. They sent a reset link to my email, and I was back to catching 'em all!
